Production Assembler

Atlas Staffing is hiring multiple full-timeProduction Assemblers fora fantastic company in the manufacturing industry. This is an entry-level, temp-to-hire position located in Spokane Valley. We want to hear from you!

Objective: The Production Assembler is responsible for the preparation and/or completion of finished assemblies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow departmental processes for assembly, testing, and quality

• Read multilevel bill of material, point to point, wiring schematic and work instruction documents to support product assembly effort

• Use hand and power tools

• Produce assemblies at a rate based on product route times

• Production testing, including electrical hipot and air leak testing

• Assist on different assembly stations as production needs require

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Attention to detail

• Basic PC skills

• Basic math skills

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Must be a team player with a positive attitude

• Comfortable and able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Excellent attendance

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel

• Previous assembly and/or test experience

• Previous manufacturing experience

• Knowledge and use of lean manufacturing concepts

• Experience with electro-mechanical assemblies

• Experience troubleshooting to identify and resolve fit and function of assemblies

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm (potential OT)

Wage: $17.50 – $17.50
