Atlas Staffing is hiring a full-time Machine Operator for a reputable steel fabrication company located in Spokane. If you have experience as a Machine Operator and are looking for a great new opportunity, apply today!

Wage: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour DOE + shift differential
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM + OT as needed on Fridays and maybe weekend

• Operate machines according to specifications.
• Accurate and proper feeds/speeds for material.
• Read drawings to machine various materials and parts.
• Set-up and run machinery within given programming requirements.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Understand shop tolerance and code requirements.
• Complete tasks in an acceptable timeframe and take pride in your work.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
• Attention to details.
• Operate a variety of machine shop equipment including CNC and grinder.
• Can read and interpret blueprints.
• Can follow processes and procedures.
• Adaptable to different environments.
• Function effectively as part of a team.
• Clean pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
