Machine Operator – All Shifts

Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking a Machine Operator, and we have all shifts open! This is a direct hire position with Solstice.

As a Machine Operator at Solstice you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting products to ensure the highest quality products are provided to our customers.

You will report to one of the ISC Production Supervisors and will work onsite in our Spokane, Washington Plant.

In this role you will be responsible for your work area to ensure safe and efficient operations, set up and monitor the production of products in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements.

• Monday – Thursday 5:30am-3:30pm or 3:30pm to 5:30am
• Thursday – Sunday 5am–3pm

$19.00 per hour plus shift differential. The actual base salary will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.

Assemble and inspect products to maintain high quality standards, ensure safe and efficient operations in the assigned work area, set up and monitor production processes, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, production, and quality.
