Job Details
Pay range is $23.50 - $25.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday, Saturday work may be required up to 50% of the time
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Conduct audits and inspections of material at all stages, and of each process while providing feedback
- Communicate audit findings with production team in process and during stand‑up meetings
- Review and analyze audit findings for containment and corrective action follow‑up with the team
- Aid in document control activities – posting documents, follow through with approvers
- Use calipers and other measuring devices to conduct standard testing of finished goods
- Aid in identifying best practices in the manufacturing of windows
- Document non‑conformities and oversee completion of NCR activities
- Validate product conformance when process adjustments are made
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Requires 2–5 years quality/leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
- Ability to walk/stand for long durations (duration of shift excluding breaks)
- Vision abilities to include close, distance, peripheral, color and depth differentiation
- Use of hands and fingers for fine manipulation
- Frequent exposure to dust and debris from the production process
- Frequent exposure to loud noises
- Limited exposure to weather and climate change

Full‑time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week. Union programs may vary depending on the collective bargaining agreement.
