Job Description
Manages and directs structural, mechanical and electrical construction and maintenance work on substations, generating stations and related company facilities. Manages and directs the work performed by the Electrical, Mechanical and Meter Shops for work performed in Company substations, power stations and related company facilities. Manages the Enterprise Asset Management System and is responsible for business strategy related to the adoption and use in the GPSS department.
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelors degree in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, or similar field or journey-level experience.
- 5+ years directly related technical/construction experience
- 3+ years supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with developing business strategies and execution
- Demonstrated proficiency in participative management, and ability to gain acceptance and reach compromise on controversial issues
- Other combinations of education and experience may be considered
Hiring Range: $130,190 to $171,852
This position may be filled on a regular basis without further competition at the conclusion of the assignment by the employee selected for the temporary position.
This position requires an in-person presence to support team and on-site responsibilities.

In compliance with state laws, we provide the full salary range for each position, along with the typical hiring range based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
