Minimum Qualifications

* 2+ years of shift management experience or 1 year of assistant management experience (QSR preferred)

* High School diploma or equivalent

* Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays

* Reliable transportation

* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
