Overview

Hana Engineers and Consultants, LLC is seeking to hire a full-time Facilities Program Manager to support Hana’s project with the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) and other future projects in both federal government and commercial sectors. This position is full-time on-site at PBGC headquarters located at 445 12th Street SW, Washington, DC 20554.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and overseeing the coordination and completion of all facets of the Scope of Work (SOW) to include all duties, functional areas of responsibility, and project assignments relayed by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
  • Support the Workspace Solutions Department (WSD) to ensure the requirement of the contract is fulfilled.
  • Take the lead in coordinating associated logistical aspects of office moves including telephones, Information Technology (IT) connectivity, furniture, and other office requirements.
  • Propose deadlines, assign responsibilities to Hana and joint venture (JV) partner employees, monitor and summarize progress of projects to include preparing reports regarding the project status.
  • Provide support with task management, scheduling, managing project deliverables and handling communications between key personnel and COR and Contracting Officer (CO).
  • Pro-actively coordinate with and between Agency personnel, Service Providers, General Services Administration (GSA) Project Management and building tenants on assigned projects.
  • Support the other key personnel with resources and tools needed to meet operational requirements.
  • Lead and direct the work of Hana and JV partner’s direct staff.
  • Develop tracking and reporting methods for budgetary purposes related to project and repair purchase estimate submitted by contractors or vendors.
  • Develop and track Key Performance Indicators and Service Levels.
  • Delegate task to key personnel in accordance with roles, ensure target dates on project delivery dates are met.
  • Perform quality control on project throughout the development and maintain the industry standards expected by the PBGC (i.e. AIA – American Institute of Architects).
  • Communicate with key personnel and produce lease data and project status reports to relay to CO regarding project updates and deliverables.
  • Serve as point of contact in relaying information to key personnel.
  • Resolve discrepancies with team performance and/or vendors.
  • Conduct weekly briefs with key personnel and adjust project planning accordingly to meet deadlines.
  • Responsible for projects that may include preparing status reports for leadership, conducting audits of real estate transactions to ensure the integrity of data and conformance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing files and information relating to current and previous lease files.
  • Analyze work processes and identify potential problems and/or inefficiencies.
  • Assist in developing and implementing new or modified guidelines, work processes and administrative practices to improve timeliness, efficiency and effectiveness of work processes and standards and disseminate to managers and workforce.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • CCM, CFM, FMP, PMP, or equivalent certifications (exceptions for additional experience)
  • At least 10 years of work in related roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects for the various clients.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, analytical problem-solving, and business development techniques.
  • Be familiar with a variety of the federal government regulations, best practices, and procedures for all functional areas within the SOW.
  • Organizational skills with task management of data and personnel.
  • Speak, understand, read and write in the English language with a professional or fluent level of proficiency.
  • Starting pay = $115,000 - $140,000 depending on experience.
