Senior Project Manager – New Product Introductions (Pharma)
Location: Onsite in Spokane, WA
Relocation: Paid
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact New Product Introduction (NPI) projects within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role requires strategic oversight, cross‑functional leadership, and a commitment to delivering projects that meet business objectives, compliance standards, and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large‑scale, cross‑functional NPI projects from concept through completion.
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements throughout all phases.
- Oversee risk management, quality assurance, and proactive issue resolution.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for technical and operational challenges.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, providing clear and timely updates on project status, risks, and financial performance.
- Facilitate collaboration across Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to PMO best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Science, or Business (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- PMP certification required

PgMP preferred. - Minimum 8 years of project management experience
, including 3 years in NPI or product launch within pharmaceuticals or regulated manufacturing. - Proven success managing large‑scale, cross‑functional projects.
- Proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, Power BI
, and project management methodologies. - Strong knowledge of FDA regulations
, GMP compliance, and product lifecycle management.
Preferred Experience:
- Aseptic and cleanroom environments.
- Familiarity with portfolio management and resource planning.
