Prodigy Property Management is now accepting applications for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for a newer residential community in North Spokane, Washington - Magnesium Village. Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and performing the maintenance operations of the community. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the physical integrity, safety, and overall curb appeal of the property while ensuring timely and high-quality service for our residents.

The Maintenance Supervisor will manage daily work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and oversee unit turns to ensure vacant apartments are ready within seven days of move‑out. This includes coordinating vendors and maintenance technicians to keep the turn process on schedule. The position also requires maintaining building interiors and exteriors, ensuring grounds and parking areas remain clean and safe, changing locks on vacant units, and keeping inventory of tools and supplies organized and up to date.

Maintaining a professional image and adhering to company safety policies are essential components of this role.

We are looking for a dependable, hands‑on leader with at least two years of related maintenance experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience). A high school diploma or GED is required. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of general building maintenance, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
