Broadway 190 has an immediate opening for a Part-Time experienced Maintenance Technician! Our team members are high performers that care about customer service and exceed expectations. The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in our success.

Each thoughtfully designed studio, one-, two-, or three-bedroom apartment has expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, open design, premium finishes, and access to a wealth of exciting amenities.

This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

This is a part-time role

What your day might look like

• Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service
• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner (including appliance repairs)
• Prepare apartments for new move in s by completing “make-ready” process
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas
• Assist with vendor management and other duties
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment

What we are looking for

• Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
• Previous experience with painting, entry level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress
• Excellent communication skills: ability to read, write and communicate effectively
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
