A Warehouse Representative assists with all aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving and inventory to order fulfillment and general housekeeping.

• Receive and ship inventory items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring no product leaves or enters the warehouse without the necessary paperwork.
• Meet and complete all regulatory safety requirements.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness.
• Utilize scales and measuring tools to accurately fill containers.
• Pull customer orders correctly for on‑time delivery.
• Respond to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.

• 1+ years of experience and at least 18 years old.
• Always maintain a professional appearance while interacting with customers.
• Ensure overall facility cleanliness.
• Willingness to operate material handling equipment, including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, and other equipment (forklift training will be offered on the job).
• Ability to repetitively bend and lift boxes and bags up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness and desire to work overtime hours during busy seasons.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• You enjoy a variety of job duties and responsibilities and can effectively multi‑task.
• You're a strong communicator with good interpersonal skills.
• You're experienced in agriculture (preferred).
• You have a valid commercial driver's license (preferred).

• The base compensation for this position ranges from $16.83 to $22.41 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience main tenant.
