Job Description

Best Law PLLC is a growing Spokane-based insurance coverage firm seeking a motivated attorney to join our team and grow with us. Our firm offers a collaborative and energetic work environment where personal development and work-life balance are valued. The ideal candidate will have:

3-6 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably with some trial and deposition experience

Strong analytical writing and oral advocacy skills

The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

A collaborative spirit and positive attitude

A desire to develop as a civil trial attorney trying jury trials in the State of Washington

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package including medical insurance, a 401K program, and a parking stipend, as well as the potential for partnership opportunities and support for attorneys looking to develop and grow their own practice. Salary ranges from $125,000 to $225,000 DOE, and opportunities for semi-annual bonuses.
