We are a well‑established and highly respected personal injury law firm dedicated to advocating for our clients. We are seeking an experienced personal injury paralegal to join our Spokane office.
Salary
: $28 – $40 per hour. This is a permanent, full‑time position with competitive salary and benefits.

- Assist attorneys in all stages of personal injury cases from inception through appeal.
- Conduct client intake interviews and maintain regular communication with clients for case updates and settlement discussions.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and correspondence to opposing counsel and court.
- Organize and maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines.
- Conduct legal research and fact‑finding investigations, including medical record reviews, accident scene investigations, and witness interviews.
- Assist with trial preparation, including preparation of trial exhibits, trial binders, and coordination with expert witnesses.
- Collaborate with attorneys to strategize and develop case theories and settlement demands.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal, specifically on the plaintiff side.
- Pre‑litigation management experience.
- Exceptional knowledge of federal and state court rules, legal terminology, and the litigation process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to case management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity and professional accountability.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Experience with medical record reviews, accident scene investigations, and witness interviews.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Prior experience with trial preparation and attendance at trials is a plus.
