Associate Attorney

Mandarich Law Group is one of the country's leading creditor’s rights law firm with offices in CA, NY, IL, MI, MO, OH, NC, GA, WA, NV and FL. We are seeking an Associate Attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Washington and who must reside in Washington for court appearances.

• Prepare and appear for court appearances within a reasonable travel distance; reliable, timely appearance is required.
• Review and request coverage for court calls when you cannot appear, attaching all necessary documents and orders.
• Draft, review and file motions during litigation as needed.
• Prepare for trials and arbitrations, which may include overnight stays in distant counties.
• Communicate with consumers, their employers, and attorneys to resolve accounts and suits.

• Licensed to practice law in Washington. Additional state licenses are welcomed.
• Comfortable appearing in court and consistently appear on time using your own transportation.
• Travel may be required; the firm reimburses mileage and approved travel expenses.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory for a high-volume case load.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
