Lead the design and architecture of Service Now ITOMService

Mapping solutions within enterprise environments<
Develop and implement strategies for Service Now ITOM modules including Service Mapping Discovery CMDB Connected Operations Cloud Observability Governance and Cloud Insights<
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure integration and alignment of ITOM solutions with business objectives<
Drive continuous improvement of Service Now ITOM processes and frameworks to optimize operational efficiency<
Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for Service Now ITOM architecture and deployment<
Analyze complex IT infrastructure and service dependencies to enhance service visibility and management<
Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies in ITOM implementations Mentor and support junior team members in Service Now ITOM technologies and architecture principles< <

Roles and Responsibilities < <
Own the endtoend architecture and implementation of Service Now ITOMService

Mapping projects Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and translate business requirements into technical solutions<
Oversee configuration customization and integration of Service Now ITOM modules to meet client needs Lead troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to Service Mapping and associated ITOM components<
Work closely with architects and platform teams to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions<
