We are currently accepting candidates located in the following states: California, Idaho, Montana, and Washington.
Pay Range: The salary range for this position is $115,467 to $173,201 in Washington, with ranges adjusted based on the state of employment. Employees are also eligible for a bonus opportunity of up to 5%.

Job SummaryThe Data Architect II is a strategic and technically advanced role responsible for leading the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise data systems. This position plays a critical part in shaping the company’s data architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across platforms. The successful candidate will drive data strategy execution, mentor junior architects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Lead the design and oversight of enterprise data architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Architect and implement scalable data solutions, including data lakes, warehouses, and real-time data pipelines.
- Define and enforce data governance policies, metadata management, and data quality standards across systems.
- Provide technical leadership in the development of business intelligence environments, including advanced Power BI modeling and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with Finance, Analytics, and Operational teams to optimize data consumption and reporting capabilities.
- Guide the integration of APIs and third-party systems to support seamless data exchange and interoperability.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs and oversee their implementation.
- Lead vendor and stakeholder engagement for solution delivery, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
- Mentor and support junior data architects and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct performance assessments of SQL Server environments and implement optimization strategies.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting frameworks using SSRS and other tools to support decision-making.
- Identify and resolve root causes of data quality issues, implementing scalable and repeatable solutions.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of standard operating procedures for data security, monitoring, and compliance.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related roles.
- Proven expertise in SQL Server, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data integration.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and dashboard design.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and modern data tools (e.g., Databricks) is highly desirable.
