Microsoft Knowledge Management Specialist

Strong experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Shell scripting for process automation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

Experience troubleshooting SharePoint technical issues and providing user support.

• Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and Microsoft Graph API is a plus.
• Knowledge of data governance best practices for enterprise knowledge management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with experience providing training and support to end‑users.
• Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified:
  Teams Administrator Associate or SharePoint Administrator Associate are a plus.

This position is onsite at the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building in Washington, D.C. Telework may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis with approval from the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and appropriate Government Task Leads (GTLs).
