HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

The HR Generalist supports our mission by providing responsive, high-quality human resources services that helpmaintaina fair, compliant, and engaged workplace. Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner(s) and other HR team members, this roleassistsin implementing HR processes, supporting employee/labor relations, and ensuring consistency in HR operations across all employment settings. Through attention to detail, customer service, and collaboration, the HR Generalist helps ensure that every teammemberexperience reflects our mission and values.

  • Support employee/labor relations processes by assisting with documentation, scheduling, and follow-up for investigations, corrective actions, and performance management activities
  • Partner with the Senior HR Business Partner(s) and HR leadership to ensure consistent implementation of policies, procedures, and HR best practices across departments
  • Administer HR transactions and data management, maintaining accuracy in HR systems and ensuringtimelyupdates to employee records, job changes, and compliance documentation
  • Assistin onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation coordination, documentation, and exit processing, ensuring a positive and compliant employee experience
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiriesregarding

    HR policies, systems, and procedures, providing guidance or escalation as appropriate
  • Compile and prepare HR reports and analytics, supporting compliance audits, workforce planning, and data-driven decision-making
  • Contribute to HR projects and process improvements, collaborating with HR colleagues on initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee engagement

HOW YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
  • 3 years of experience in human resources, including exposure to employee relations, HR operations, or compliance
  • Excellent organization, accuracy, and time management skills with attention to confidentiality and detail
  • Working knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and standard HR practices
  • Fluency in English,both spoken and written; strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively with employees at all levels
  • Basic mastery of business applications and productivity suites; familiarity with HRIS platforms, HR data management, and employment documentation practices
  • Demonstrates resilience, awareness and self-regulation in navigating challenges,conflict and obstacles/barriers.
