Key Responsibilities:

• Articulate our recruiting message effectively through verbal and written communication with candidates.
• Conduct thorough phone interviews and assess candidates' suitability for our client's job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for our valued clients.
• Build and maintain extensive candidate databases.
• Become a proficient user of our internal applicant tracking system.
• Conduct reference checks when needed to ensure quality candidate selection.
• Utilize techniques to identify potential new client relationships through recruiting efforts.
