Lead Parking Attendant
Join our team as a Lead Parking Attendant and play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. As a Lead Parking Attendant, you will oversee a team of talented parking attendants, ensuring seamless parking and retrieval of vehicles, while providing a memorable guest experience. With your energetic personality, leadership skills, and attention to detail, you will create a positive and efficient work environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of valet attendants and ensure smooth operation of the valet department
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests and assisting with their parking needs
- Coordinate parking operations, including traffic flow and vehicle organization
- Train and mentor valet attendants on service standards, safety procedures, and driving techniques
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory and parking transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle guest concerns and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in valet operations or related roles
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local parking regulations and driving laws
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
