The Senior Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing the success of all functions in the Housekeeping and Laundry areas, including supervising the cleanliness of guest rooms and all hotel areas such as lobbies, public areas, bathrooms, guest floors, and bar/restaurant. They also manage guest request services, schedules, payroll, ordering supplies and maintaining inventories, manage the department within budget, and lead the safety program.

Additional functions include selecting, training, and developing team members and attending in‑house group meetings.

• Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
• 2+ years prior housekeeping management experience.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• The ability to communicate in Spanish is helpful.
• Knowledge of inventories, scheduling, and productivity.
• High school math level required.
