* Job Description:

**** Purpose of Job:
** Improve the overall health of the communities we serve by coordinating and scheduling pharmacy staff and ensuring proper facilitation of pharmacies as follows:
*
* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Works with pharmacy leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the pharmacies and/or programs.
* Supports planning and implementation of pharmacy and/or program processes.
* Manages pharmacy vendor relations including contract management.
* Supports projects related to pharmacy workflow, inventory management, dispensing and formulary.
* Collaborates with other departments to manage accounts such as sliding fee, voucher, payment plans, and grants management.
* Collaborates with 340b Program Specialist to ensure program compliance.
* Participates in protocol and policy and procedure development.
* Completes a variety of assignments simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Performs other duties as assigned, including supporting the CHAS Health Mission and Core Values.

* Qualifications:

** Education/

Experience:

Washington State Pharmacy Technician license (CPhT) required. Pharmacy Technician Board (PTCB or NHA) certification required. Experience in business, health administration or related field preferred. Two years supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of 340B Pricing Program preferred.

Skills:

Innovative, analytical and have strong business acumen. Competency in managing a department for small to mid-sized company. Above average level of computer skills required, experience with pharmacy and clinical software packages preferred. Commitment to supporting a safe and respectful environment is required.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.  BLS (CPR/AED) required.
** Physical Demands:
** Sitting at a workstation between 1/3rd and 2/3rds of the day.  Able to move around the facility over 2/3rd of the day. …
