• Provide customer support during both pre- and post-sale stages for ventilation products
• Assist in the deployment and set-up of equipment for new competitive conversions
• Conduct post-sale training and development, including classroom and field ride-alongs
• Perform post-sale troubleshooting and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Secure and maintain necessary credentials required by the employer and its customers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience as a respiratory therapist
• Licensed Respiratory Therapist or at least one NBRC Credential
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to meet requirements in vendor credentialing services
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing relationships with key opinion leaders
• Proven leadership and team-building skills in a sales environment
• Proficiency with software tools such as Outlook, Web Ex, Zoom, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and SFDC
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a highly organized manner
