Overview

Pharmacy Technician - Pharmacotherapy Clinic at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital in Spokane, WA.

Schedule:

32 hours with the opportunity to work full time up to 40 hours weekly, 8-hour Day Shift, Monday through Friday.

Under the direction of the Clinical Pharmacist, the Clinical Pharmacy Technician will perform assigned tasks necessary to support comprehensive clinical pharmacy services provided by the Clinical Pharmacists. The Clinical Pharmacy Technician will be organizing and collecting clinical information for the clinical pharmacy appointments and medication reconciliation process.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Clinical Pharmacist, perform tasks to support clinical pharmacy services. Organize and collect clinical information for clinical pharmacy appointments and the medication reconciliation process.

Required Qualifications
  • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
  • Upon hire:
    Washington Pharmacy Technician License
  • 1 year of sufficient experience to enable the employee to work effectively in commonplace work situations and to provide working knowledge of the principles, practices, standards, methods, and techniques of the pharmaceutical field; usually interpreted as one year of applicable experience.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
