- Must have 3-5 years of healthcare related experience
- Assist in scheduling the Care Partners to ensure full coverage of all shifts and reducing and/or eliminating overtime or agency use
- Responsible for maintaining a 4-week rolling master care schedule
- Knowledge and understanding of block scheduling

The salary range for this position is $80,168.40 to $87,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Pegasus Senior Living (PSL) offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off (PTO), flexible hours for better work-life balance, and an Employee assistance program.
