Dietary Manager

Overview

Job Summary A Dietary Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the dietary department in our Community Based Care facility, while remaining in compliance with established food services standards, policies, procedures, and practices.

• Delivers high quality nutritional foods and services to residents
• Schedule, supervise and assign tasks to the Dietary Department
• The Dietary Manager will assist in developing all menu’s
• Assures that each resident’s nutritional adequacy is met
• This position includes 3 - 4 cooking days per week and 1 - 2 office days as determined by Executive Director
• Maintains pertinent and appropriate records
• Ensure all Federal, State and Local Regulations are met within the Department
• Maintain sufficient inventory of products
• Other duties as assigned

• 1 year leadership experience preferred
• Must be able to obtain Serve Safe Certification within 30 days of hire

Brighton Court is located in Spokane Valley, WA. With a capacity of 49 units it is made up of 36 assisted living units and 13 memory care units.
