Tap Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Manager to lead the Home Infusion Pharmacy team within Home and Community Care (HCC) in Spokane Valley, Washington
. This position is ideal for a nursing professional who combines clinical expertise with leadership skills and a passion for patient-centered care delivered in home and community settings.
The Nurse Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor clinical staff in providing safe, high-quality infusion therapy to patients. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact while guiding a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field (or equivalent education/experience).
Current Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
Current Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
Four years of experience in home infusion or a related clinical specialty.
Two years of supervisory or management experience.
Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree.
Willingness to travel occasionally for team support, patient oversight, or interdepartmental collaboration.

; caregivers must comply with all state laws and organizational driving requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Certification in Infusion Nursing (CRNI) or similar specialty certification.
Experience developing policies, managing budgets, and leading quality improvement initiatives.
