Position Snapshot- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Pay: $36.78 - $55.17 per hour

In person, Inland Northwest Behavioral Health Hospital, Spokane, Washington
The Social Worker at INBH completes assessments and facilitates discharges that best meet the patient’s needs. They work within an interdisciplinary treatment team and provide:
- Clinical case management
- Group therapy
- Crisis intervention
- Coordination of care with external supports and community providers
- Conceptualization of cases under oversight of the Director of Clinical Services

Facility OverviewInland Northwest Behavioral Health Hospital is a free‑standing mental health hospital located near the Sacred Heart Medical Campus in Spokane. The 100‑bed facility features a dining room, gym, four activity rooms, two outdoor courtyards, and a design that centralizes staff for security and operational efficiencies. Three inpatient units serve adults (18+) and a fourth unit serves adolescents (13‑17) within a home‑like, patient‑centered environment.

- Master’s degree in social work or related field (preferred); mental health field required
- Agency affiliate required
- Mental health professional designation
- Current BLS, First Aid, Handle with Care, and Verbal De‑Escalation certification
- Direct experience in individual and family group therapies, crisis intervention, stabilization, and treatment planning
- Master’s degree in social work or related field (preferred); mental health field required
- At least 3 years of post‑degree experience in a psychiatric health care setting
- Current Washington State Associate Social Work or Associate Mental Health Counselor license
- LCSW or Mental Health Counselor License (required)
