- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation

- Master’s degree in counseling‑related field
- Active or associate WA license (LMHC, LMHCA, LMFT, LMFTA, LICSW, etc.)
- EMDR trained, or interested in training (support provided)

, full‑time clinicians also receive paid supervision, brief admin time, and team meetings. When factoring these components,
total compensation typically ranges from $48k–$55k/year
, with potential increases based on licensure, experience, and EMDR training.
