Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe Professional Counselor (Mental Health Counselor Associate) practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and focuses on evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Professional Counselor collaborates with the patient and support system to evaluate and diagnose patients.
The Mental Health Therapist LMFT practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and focuses on evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Mental Health Therapist LMFT collaborates with the patient and support system to evaluate and diagnose patients.
The Licensed Professional Counselor (Mental Health Counselor) practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and focuses on evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Licensed Professional Counselor collaborates with the patient and support system to evaluate and diagnose patients.
The Social Worker provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems. The Social Worker uses concepts related to life span development, neurobiology, and behavioral change and develops evidence-informed person-centered care plans across the care continuum in collaboration with the Inter-Multi-Disciplinary Team (IDT). The Social Worker, LICSW functions as a core member of a multidisciplinary team, communicates patient health care needs with primary care, behavioral health services, health care facilities and payers, and advocates to help patients gain access to resources while addressing mental illness, addiction, and abuse.

Min $30.81, Max $48.77 - Mental Health Therapist LMFT:
Min $34.66, Max $54.87 - Licensed Professional Counselor:

Min $34.66, Max $54.87
Other compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Required Qualifications by Role- Professional Counselor
Master's Degree in Counseling or related field. Upon hire:
Washington Mental Health Counselor Associate License. - Mental Health Therapist LMFT
Master's Degree in Family Therapy. Upon hire:
Washington Marriage and Family Therapist License. - Licensed Professional Counselor
Master's Degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology or related field. Upon hire:
Washington Mental Health Counselor License. - Social Worker MSW
Master's Degree in Social Work. Upon hire:
Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License Or. Upon hire:
Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License. - Social Worker LCSW
