Ardor Health Solutions seeks a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) unit in Spokane, WA. This is a full‑time travel contract for one week (01/09/2026 – 04/10/2026).

• Active WA SNF UNIT license
• At least 2 years of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Availability to start on 01/09/2026 and end on 04/10/2026
