The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a strong, patient, and experienced caregiver to support an elderly male client living with advanced dementia. This client can be verbally aggressive and resistant to care due to his condition. It’s important that applicants are confident in handling difficult behaviors professionally while maintaining safety and dignity—for both the client and themselves.

  • Experience with memory care/dementia
  • Emotional resilience and professionalism
  • Strong, home-style cooking skills
  • Ability to maintain boundaries and redirect behaviors
  • Commitment to compassionate care, even in challenging environments

Shifts/Schedules:

  • Full-time orpart-time available
  • 4, 5, and 6- hour shifts

Your Role Includes:

  • Assisting with bathing, grooming, and hygiene
  • Preparing nutritious meals and snacks
  • Providing companionship and behavior support
  • Ensuring safety in the home environment
  • Medication reminders
  • Light housekeeping
  • Documentation and daily notes

Requirements:

  • HCA, CNA, or NAC certification
  • Food Safety and CPR certification
  • Valid  Social Security card
  • Current TB test
  • Reliable, ethical, and professional approach
  • Proof of education or caregiving training

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $26.00/hour
  • Overtime at 1.5x rate and holiday pay
