About the Hospital
- Non-Profit Hospital-Based Outpatient Clinic:
Federal Loan Forgiveness Eligible (PSLF) - 1:1 Patient Care model:
Productivity is 75%: - Caseload:
Mix of General Orthopedics, Post-Surgical, Sports, Post-Stroke, TBi & Balance/Vestibular - Dedicated mentorship and support for new graduates during their first 90 days
- 4/10's or 5/8's schedule:
Clinic is open M-F / 7:00 am-6:00 pm - Collaborate with a team of 10 PTs, 4 OTs, and 3 SLPs on site
- $7,000 Tuition Loan Bonus
- $3,000 Relocation Bonus
- $1,500 Per year in CEUs
- Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4 weeks
- Insurance offered with 2 plans to choose from
- 401(k) Retirement plan with 3% match

Qualifications & Requirements:- Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passion to treat Adult & Geriatric patient population
- Collaborative, team-building personality style
- Flexibility to work in an Acute / Subacute Setting as needed
