$20–$22, based on credentials and experience

• Paid Health Care Aide (HCA) certification and ongoing training

• Deliver hands‑on support with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Assist with household tasks, meal planning, medication reminders, and companionship
• Provide services in clients’ residences with varied schedules and care needs

• HCA or CNA certification preferred—but not required (we’ll cover your training!)
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and pass a background check, drug screening, and competency test
