This posting combines positions for Social Worker LCSW, Professional Counselor (Mental Health Counselor Associate), Licensed Professional Counselor (Mental Health Counselor), Mental Health Therapist LMFT, and Social Worker MSW. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. An integrated clinician functions as a core member of a multidisciplinary team and communicates patient’s health care needs with primary care, behavioral health services, health care facilities and payers. The role advocates for patients, helps them gain access to resources, and confronts personal issues such as mental illness, addiction, and abuse.

The clinician provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis, treatment interventions, and advocacy of patients and their support systems. The clinician collaborates with the patient and support system to develop and implement evidence-informed person-centered care plans across the care continuum in collaboration with the Inter-Multi-Disciplinary Team (IDT).

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program approved by the council on social work education.
• Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License or Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Temporary License upon hire.
• 2 years in the field or a related area.

• 2 years of experience in an ambulatory clinic or hospital setting.

Salary Range:
Min $35.35, Max $54.88

• Master's Degree in counseling or related field.
• Washington Mental Health Counselor Associate License upon hire.

• 1 year of Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.
• Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.

Salary Range:
Min $30.81, Max $48.77

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology or related field.
• Washington Mental Health Counselor License upon hire.

• 2 years of related experience.
• 1 year of Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.
• Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.

Salary Range:
Min $35.25, Max $54.88

• Master's Degree in Social Work.

• Washington Advanced Social Worker License, Washington Advanced Social Worker Associate License, Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License, Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License.
• 2 years of hospital experience.

Salary Range:
Min $31.43, Max $48.78

• Master's Degree in Family Therapy.
• Washington Marriage and Family Therapist License upon hire.

• 1 year of Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.
• Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.
