Wound Care Assistant
MA/PTA/CNA

MAs, PTAs, and CNAs who have a passion for making a difference in skin and wound care and are willing to travel in person to patients’ homes to provide wound care.
Main Responsibilities- Travel independently to private homes, adult family homes, and independent living facilities
- Independently perform wound care, including photo documentation of skin conditions, dressing changes, and Ultra Mist treatments (pain‑free debridement) – seeing approximately 6‑8 patients a day
- Apply and remove topical medications and dressings
- Collaborate with our providers virtually through audio/visual visits
- Occasionally assist the provider in‑person with wound care procedures
- Perform administrative tasks and complete documentation as necessary
- Abide by company safety protocols for every visit; i.e., check in and check out
- Participate in regular team meetings for training, team building, and professional development
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
- 1+ years experience as an MA, PTA, or CNA; licensed in Washington State
- Driving:
Must have reliable transportation; valid driver's license and current auto insurance - Travel to multiple locations each day throughout your territory
- Telehealth experience – preferred
- Ability to multitask while providing compassionate patient care
- This fast‑paced position requires standing for extended periods of time
- Computer savvy; intermediate proficiency using MS Suite:
Word, Teams, Outlook, and Excel - Leadership qualities with the ability to work well within a team of healthcare providers and partner facilities
- Must be self‑motivated, punctual, dependable, and able to work/schedule appointments independently
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to respond appropriately to constant change in priorities and services
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people through both verbal and written communication lines
- Must be trustworthy, honest, and have a positive and professional attitude
$24.00 - $33.00 hourly – DOE

This position is classified as:
Hourly, Non‑Exempt;
Full‑Time employment
Hours:
Standard 40‑hour schedule – Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; no nights or weekends
- Associates working 20+ hrs per week:
Medical/Dental/Orthodontic/Vision/RX – minimum 80% towards employee's monthly premiums covered, dependent coverage available at employee's expense - Employer Sponsored Life, AD&D, and Disability Insurance
