* Ensure OCRP staff provide necessary competency restoration services in accordance with program and statutory requirements.
* Ensure team access Trueblood and other community resources as appropriate for clients.
* Utilize mobile crisis services for client’s continued stabilization in the community.
* Monitor the appropriate discharge of individuals to community resources.
* Review and approve, as appropriate, Care Plans for RCSP/MHSA and forensic mental health clients and ensure Care Plans are updated as needed.
* Ensure all staff adhere to SAMHSA’s Permanent Supportive Housing model as prescribed by HCA.
* Accept all referrals of individuals who meet criteria to be enrolled in the programs.
* Contact the individual the day or day after the referral is received to gather information and schedule a face-to-face contact.
* Monitor the status of all enrollees in the program and their current status.
* Co-sign all Care Plans and ensure they meet WAC requirements.
* Provide weekly supervision to all team members in a manner that promotes and develops a positive environment for members and staff.
* Network with community partners to develop resources to support the individual in the community.
* Submit data as required by HCA and the BHASO to the Program Administrator a week before the due date.
* Develop community partnerships with law enforcement, local shelters, faith-based services, community court, jail and other entities that could assist in case finding efforts.
* Work collaboratively with SPD and SFD, House of Charity, Eastern State Hospital, Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center and other emergency departments, behavioral health providers, and other community partners involved in serving Trueblood class members.
* Continually seek areas of opportunity for program and process improvement and work in collaboration with Program Administrator to implement positive change.
* Provide and role model effective leadership that engages, motivates and supports assigned staff.
* Oversee implementation and adherence to organization-wide and department specific FBH policies, monitoring for compliance and addressing non-compliance as needed.
* Monitor staff performance to ensure staff meet performance expectations; compliance with required training, documentation and timekeeping. Address employee performance concerns in a timely manner, utilizing HR support as needed. Complete employee performance reviews in a timely manner.
* Escalate barriers, high risk situations, unresolved concerns, etc. to Director or appropriate individual as needed.
* Provide direct clinical services and cover shifts as required.
* Supervise and train staff to achieve the level of expertise required to do their job effectively.
* Ensure equal opportunity for all assigned staff with regards to work assignments, training, promotions and other conditions and privileges of employment.
* Ensure RCSP/MHSA and Forensic Mental Health staff meet their direct service requirement and provide coaching and assistance if direct service is not met.
* Ensure RCSP/MHSA and Forensic Mental Health staff follow all policies and procedures related to the provision of outpatient services.
* Provide supervision for licensure when eligible to be a DOH approved supervisor.
* Requires travel to see clients in the community and travel between work sites either via FBH owned Vehicles and/or personal vehicle.

* Demonstrated ability to train and supervise staff in clinical service delivery, case conceptualization.
* Must possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to send and receive oral and written messages, in a clear, positive, prompt, and appropriate manner, while maintaining customer confidentiality.
* Sensitivity to individuals’ unique cultural characteristics, and to the challenges faced by the socioeconomically disadvantaged.
