Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant – Providence St. Luke's Rehabilitation Medical Center

Providence Health & Services invites applications for the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) role at our Spokane, WA facility. Join a team that works collaboratively with licensed clinicians, rehab nurses, physicians, and other multidisciplinary professionals to deliver comprehensive, patient‑focused care.

Under supervision of a licensed occupational therapist, the OTA will treat patients who experience difficulty performing work and daily living activities due to injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. The role requires strong communication skills, clinical competence, and a commitment to providing whole‑person care that aligns with Providence’s mission.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with occupational therapists and other healthcare team members.
• Assist patients with daily living activities, adaptive strategies, and home exercise programs.
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in a timely, accurate manner.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.

• Education that meets certification, license or registration requirements.
• Washington S. Occup. Therapy Assistant License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification upon hire.

• Certification with AOTA upon hire.
• Recent applicable clinical experience.

Full‑time, Day Shift, 40 hours per week. Pay range: $26.83 – $41.04 per hour; additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
