Key Responsibilities:- Provide therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory services across a variety of clinical settings
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Operate and maintain advanced ventilatory support systems and monitoring equipment
- Assist with resuscitation, oxygen therapy, airway management, and diagnostic procedures
- Complete comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately
- Support patient care in both routine and emergent situations
- Participate in orientation and ongoing training to maintain high clinical standards
- Other duties as assigned.
- Completion of education required to meet state licensure standards
- Active Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and deliver patient-centered care
Qualifications:
- Experience in acute or critical care settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Full-time | 36 hours/week | Variable Shifts
On-site position
Base Salary: $65,089 – $104,850 annually (depending on experience and qualifications)
Additional compensation may include shift differentials, overtime, on-call pay, and bonus opportunities
