Key Responsibilities Oversee cash application and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies Manage collections and aging reports, maintaining communication with clients regarding outstanding balances Support month-end close and reporting, preparing necessary documentation for CFO review
Required Qualifications Associate degree or similar in Finance/Accounting (Required) 3-5 years of Accounts Receivable experience (Required) Intermediate to advanced level in Excel (Required)
Experience with Salesforce and Oracle BOSS Financial system (Preferred) Advanced mathematical skills (Required)
