Escrow Solutions Analyst

A company is looking for an Escrow and Payment Solutions Analyst to support M&A escrow and payment administration.

Key Responsibilities Assist with administrative and operational steps in escrow and payment transactions Manage the invoicing process, including drafting, tracking, and reconciling invoices Coordinate escrow funding activities and monitor internal communications related to EPS requests

Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in M&A, banking, or finance preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in an operational, financial, or administrative role within financial services or legal services Familiarity with financial documentation and data systems; experience with Net Suite or Workday is a plus Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
