SummaryReporting to the Mortgage Loan Servicing Manager and overseen by the escrow administration team lead, the Escrow Analyst is responsible for analyzing escrow accounts related to mortgage, commercial and consumer loans. The role involves ensuring timely payments of property taxes and insurance premiums, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to borrowers. The Analyst will also administer comprehensive flood procedures for loans located in flood zones, analyze flood hazard determinations, and collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
This is a corporate position that may be located at an available bank division across our nine-state footprint in AZ, CO, , MT, NV, TX, UT, WA, or WY. The entry rate is $24.99+ per hour for the Kalispell, MT location. All compensation offers are analyzed individually considering geographic location, experience, and educational background.

Wenatchee, WA: $28.30 to $42.44 per hour.
Spokane, WA: $27.91 to $41.86 per hour.
Responsibilities Customer Service- Respond to borrower inquiries regarding escrow accounts, insurance matters, and PMI.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of escrow analysis, account adjustments, flood, and PMI processes.
- Assist borrowers with resolving discrepancies and concerns related to their accounts.
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers in the execution of all assigned loan servicing duties.
- Act as a subject matter expert on flood insurance requirements and guide other employees involved in complying with flood regulations.
- Review loans located in a flood zone to determine if regulatory requirements are applicable, specific to Regulation H.
- Assess the adequacy of insurance, supporting documentation, and complete reviews on all flood maintenance activities.
- Force place insurance when needed on loans.
- Coordinate with respective business units and vendors to monitor ongoing loans identified as located in a flood zone.
- Prepare and provide flood-related information for internal or external audits and respond to any findings.
- Maintain and monitor escrow accounts.
- Ensure timely distributions for taxes, hazard & flood insurance, private mortgage insurance, and other escrowed items.
- Perform annual escrow analysis to determine account balances and adjustments.
- Process requests regarding escrow cancellations.
- Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Monitor and process PMI cancellations upon borrower request or when loan-to-value thresholds are met.
- Educate borrowers about PMI cancellation policies and procedures.
- Monitor and process insurance claims (loss draft checks).
- Participate in the formulation of procedures, policies, and methods to ensure compliance with Glacier Bancorp, legal, investor, regulatory, and business requirements.
