• Lead high‑visibility aseptic filling and lyophilization initiatives with real patient impact
• Influence long‑term manufacturing strategy, reliability, and innovation
• Manage and mentor a sizable, technically sophisticated engineering team
• Competitive salary range: $141,900–$227,000 Associate Director

• Overseeing design, installation, qualification, and optimization of aseptic filling and lyophilization equipment
• Driving end‑to‑end capital projects from concept through PQ
• Ensuring cGMP, FDA, EMA, and Annex 1 compliance
• Leading vendor selection, FAT/SATs, deviations, and CAPAs
• Building a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement

• Deep expertise in aseptic processing, isolator technology, and lyophilization
• Strong command of regulatory expectations and ISPE guidance
• Ability to interpret CAD drawings, P&IDs, and controls architecture
• Proven technical leader and mentor in sterile manufacturing environments
