Job Description- Lead planning, design and construction support on stimulating infrastructure projects.
- Develop and manage project scope, schedule and budget.
- Engage with clients to define and achieve a successful outcome.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers.
- Perform structural design and analyses.
- Perform inspection/field work.
- Grow our practice in the Inland Northwest.
Minimum Qualifications
- BSCE with emphasis in Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington State or ability to obtain via reciprocity.
- 7‑12 years of experience.
- MSCE or MSE with emphasis in Structural Engineering.
- Structural Engineer (SE) license.
- Experience in the design and construction of reinforced concrete and structural steel structures.
- Proficiency with CSI Software Suite (SAP, CSI Bridge), PG Super or similar.
- Experience monitoring budgets and schedules, interacting with clients, and leading junior engineers.
- Strong communicator and collaborator.
- Self‑motivated.
- Eager to develop and grow as a structural engineer.
- Ability to work with, mentor, and lead junior engineers.
- Passionate about providing exceptional client services.
- Strong technical and organizational abilities.
- Duties are primarily conducted in a standard office setting, requiring prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or computer table.
- Occasionally may be required to lift objects weighing up to 15 lbs.
- Occasionally visiting project locations and performing field inspections which may involve walking, standing, kneeling, or navigating uneven terrain.
- Traveling to project sites or client meetings, which may involve driving or flying.
The base salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills. The expected range for a qualified candidate is $115,000 - $150,000 annually
. Additionally, performance‑based bonuses are offered to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in each Reporting Center. Detailed compensation and benefits information will be provided during the interview process.
