As a Senior Engineer/Project Manager
, you will be responsible for managing projects, leading teams, and driving engineering solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the design and execution of complex structural engineering projects
• Managing project scope, schedule, and budgets to ensure successful delivery
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to engineering staff
• Preparing and reviewing plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates
• Coordinating with clients, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project success
• Conducting construction oversight and administration as needed
• Leading business development efforts
  , including proposal writing and client engagement
• Ensure all projects comply with local, state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with other Project Managers / Multidisciplinary teams on projects ensuring timely completion

You will lead and manage a variety of projects, including:

• Municipal amenities & public structures
• Industrial facilities & equipment foundations

We are seeking an experienced leader with strong technical and project management skills
. The candidate will work under experienced department managers all holding Professional Engineer licenses. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated and eager to contribute to a growing team
. TD&H will provide project management training if necessary. The ideal candidate will have:

• B.S. in Structural or Civil Engineering (structural focus) (M.S. preferred) from an accredited university
• 5+ years of experience after licensure in structural engineering
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing projects and teams
• Strong client relationship management and business development experience
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work on schedule
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience living or working in Washington is a plus

Salary: $90,000 - $135,000 annually (Excluding year-end bonus), depending on experience, education, and qualifications.
