Certified Behavioral Technician – 2025–2026 School Year
North Spokane, WA
• Hourly Pay: $30-32 (~Up to $960 per week)

AB Staffing Solutions is hiring Certified Behavioral Technicians (CBTs) for the 2025–2026 school year in North Spokane, WA
. These school-based positions support students by implementing behavior support strategies and assisting with social, emotional, and behavioral development under the supervision of certified staff.
- School-year contract (2025–2026).
- 30 hours per week.
- Schedule follows school calendar.
- Student assignment varies by location.
- On-site support with a dedicated recruiter.
- Support students with behavioral and social-emotional needs.
- Implement behavior intervention strategies as directed by certified staff.
- Assist with data collection and documentation of student progress.
- Support students during classroom activities, transitions, and routines.
- Encourage positive behavior and skill development.
- Collaborate with teachers and support teams.
- Follow safety procedures, behavior plans, and school policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Certified Behavioral Technician (CBT) or equivalent credential.
- Ability to meet Washington State para educator / behavioral support qualification requirements
, as applicable. - Experience working with children or in a school or behavioral setting preferred.
- Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow written plans.
- Willingness to complete required training, clearances, and ongoing professional development.
- Active school-based role requiring standing, walking, and student support.
- May include assisting students during behavioral or emotional escalation.
- Work performed in a school setting.
- Weekly pay via direct deposit.

- Credentialing and onboarding assistance.

- Dedicated recruiter support throughout the assignment.
