Semester Adjunct Faculty will be compensated at the rate of one thousand eight hundred dollars ($1800) per credit.

Adjunct faculty are hired to fulfill responsibilities which will be specified in their letter of appointment.
Unless otherwise specified in the adjunct faculty member’s letter of appointment, workload consists solely of instruction.
All faculty are expected to engage in effective teaching and assessment of student learning.
BenefitsFaculty eligibility rules are complex and depend on the nature of your appointment.
Faculty with a quarter-to-quarter or semester-to-semester appointment who are in an EWU paid appointment of at least 50 percent or more are eligible for PEBB insurance on the first day of the month following the start of their second consecutive academic term.
