- % of Practice: 80% Direct Patient Care, 20% Administrative Duties
- Physician in Practice: TBC
- Procedures:
General surgery procedures - Beds in the Dept: TBC
- No. of OR: TBC
- Temporary Privileges available:
Yes - Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
- Active unrestricted license in any State or U.S. territory
- Board Certified/Board Eligible by The American Board of Surgery

Physicians who have ever had a license restricted, suspended, revoked, voluntarily revoked, voluntarily surrendered pending action or denied upon application will not be considered for the purposes of this contract.
