ENT Physician Position Available!

This is an excellent opportunity for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join a well-established and thriving independent practice. The ideal candidate will see patients in a well-appointed, State of the Art office with other highly experienced Otolaryngologists. Candidates will see patients in the office and perform surgeries at local hospitals and our on-site certified ambulatory surgery center. The office offers complete audio logic and hearing aid services.

The well-established solo practice offers a built-in referral base and high volume, diverse case load.

Compensation and benefits are competitive, including health insurance, time-off and malpractice. Partnership track is short with interest in Licensed/Certified ASC. There is on-call responsibility shared with the current Physicians.

Competitive salary dependent upon experience.

Schedule is 4 days per week.

Full Time Benefits including medical, dental, vision, vacation, sick, holidays and 401(k). CEU and licensure allowance.

Applicant must have Doctorate and must be board certified/board eligible with an active WA license.

Responsibilities include the following:

  • New patients, and reoccurring patient follow ups
  • Makes all professional medical judgments in the care of patients seen.
  • Manages and oversees the physician/patient relationship.
  • Participates in system-wide health management initiatives.
  • Provides input into the practice site's financial, clinical, and service quality performance; budget; and capital plan.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of patient clinical and service standards.
  • Receives and resolves patient complaints.
  • Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, literature review, in-services, and workshops.
  • Consults with and advises regarding optimal and cost-effective treatment of patients.
  • Works to assure patient satisfaction with care.
  • Participates in team meetings.
  • Oversees and is accountable for the overall quality of care and clinical outcomes within the assigned facilities.
  • Maintain coding and encounter data standards for completeness, accuracy, timeliness and reimbursement level, including legible documentation.
  • Performs other functions as required.
