As healthcare organizations navigate the ever‑changing Medicare and Medicaid landscape, our Reimbursement Services team provides customized reimbursement solutions aligned with their strategic goals. We are seeking a Learning Experience Design Senior to create engaging, learner‑focused content for health care finance professionals. This role blends UX, instructional design, and graphic design to develop online courses, video content, and instructor‑led materials that shape the future of healthcare finance education.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with Health Care Consulting leaders to design and publish training courses, resources, and content aligned with organizational goals.
- Champion the learner’s experience and apply adult learning science and theory to training solutions.
- Utilize approved design tools to produce high‑quality training materials that adhere to brand standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high‑quality execution.
- Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and all aspects of course design, experience, and publishing.
- Work with program leads and subject matter experts to develop materials compliant with Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements.
- Assess business and learner needs to propose strategic course solutions.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create and manage graphic design, video, and animation assets, ensuring brand compliance.
- Contribute to the design and execution of client‑facing training solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum of two years of professional experience, preferably in User Experience (UX) or Learning Experience Design (LXD).
- Proficient in designing and developing comprehensive training materials across modalities, including video, online platforms, and in‑person sessions.
- Skilled in applying UX principles, instructional design methodologies, graphic design principles, and adult learning theories to develop impactful learning solutions.
- Expertise in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create visually engaging materials.
- Expertise in using learning experience design tools such as Articulate 360, Snagit, and Camtasia.
- Familiarity with learning management systems, especially Absorb LMS.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities with a proven track record of managing project timelines and collaborating with colleagues at all levels.
- Exceptional creative design skills encompassing storytelling, narrative development, visual design, scenario creation, and gamification techniques to enhance learner engagement.
- Ability to travel as needed, approximately 50 %.
The compensation range for this role is $79,000 to $118,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
